Do I need to book before visiting?
We recommend it. You can still drop in during opening hours, but with a booking we will have the devices you are interested in ready and someone free to advise you. Book via Zalo or on 097 839 9921.
Where can I park?
Motorbikes can be parked at the showroom. If you are coming by car, let us know when you book and we will point you to the nearest parking.
Do you offer advice in English?
Yes. The ĀRCA team advises in English and Vietnamese, so the showroom works well for expats living in Thao Dien and across Ho Chi Minh City. Mention your preferred language when you book.
Do you offer same-day delivery in Ho Chi Minh City?
Online orders are handed to the courier within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and usually arrive in 2–7 working days, as set out in our Shipping policy. If you need a device urgently in Ho Chi Minh City, contact ĀRCA and we will check for a faster option.
Can I buy directly at the showroom?
Yes. You can buy at the showroom, take the device with you if it is in stock, or have it delivered. Payment and warranty terms are the same as for online orders: see our Payment policy and Warranty policy.
